RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

At Ibarra Filipino, we take pride in the exquisite craftsmanship of our handcrafted garments. To uphold the highest standards of quality and exclusivity, we offer exchanges for all product orders but we do not provide refunds, except in cases of errors on our part.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility for Exchange Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

CUSTOM SIZE ITEMS

Custom-sized items are eligible for exchange only if the measurements differ from the requested specifications.

EXCHANGE PROCESS:

Contact Us 
  • Email our Customer Services Team at orders@ibarrafilipino.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
Return the Item 
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our distribution center. Our Customer Service will provide the address for return.
Size Assurance
  • Our client services team will assist you in selecting the best fit for your replacement.
Processing Fees
  • A $15 restocking fee and a $7 delivery charge apply to exchanges.
  • For Barong coats, a $49 restocking fee applies, along with the standard $7 delivery charge.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are granted only in cases where Ibarra Filipino is at fault. These include: 
  • Incorrect item, color, or size received
  • Discrepancies in Custom Measurements
